Day 1-2 Ernakulam Drive down to a Backwater homestay. Local sightseeing in and around the homestay. Lunch and then time to spend on the fringes of the backwater. Canoeing village walk are the activities included.  

Day 3-4 Houseboat Ride to the backwaters. Spend the day in the houseboat as it cruises through lakes and canal. Make a few stopovers and buy some fresh fish or vegetables for a sumptuous meal for Dinner. Walk down to see the ancient temples, meet local people in a village. Overnight in the houseboat.  

Day 5-6 Alleppey After breakfast move from the houseboat to a homestay. Your host would take you around the house that also has a sacred grove and a temple. He will talk to you about Kuttanad and its lifestyle and its people. Later after lunch walk by the fringes of the backwater canal. Day 1-2 Palghat You will be taken to a farm away from Palaghat town. Experience farm life as you are taken around the farm, which is a 17-acre rice field with fruit trees and coconut trees. Next 2 days you will be visiting and discovering more about village life, art, craft and local community in this area  

Day 3-4 Kozhikode A road journey from Palghat will take you to Calicut through Mallapuram. You will reach a homestay, which also follows Ayurveda and Yoga. You will visit some nearby sites like Kappad beach and heritage sites during the next 2 days here in Calicut.  

Day 5-6 Wayanad A wonderful homestay in Wayanad and visit wildlife sanctuary Edakkal caves and the Soochipara waterfalls. During the 2 night stay you will probably participate in some local cooking adventure day.  

Day 7-8 Coorg At Coorg , you can visit the coffee plantations and taste the beautiful homestay nearby Kavery river. Also you can visit elephant training camp, experience fishing, or walk through a guided trail into the forest.
